Two star hotel, with one star service, at three star prices. A fairly rundown hotel on the edge of the industrial park. Got charged an exorbitant amount for a very, very small amount of alleged damage (and got a lecture for my troubles when I politely inquired about it). Meanwhile, there are light fixtures hanging from their wiring and the shower pressure is no better than a dripping faucet. A lot of seemingly permanent residences, too. If you're on the ground floor expect a lot of foot traffic outside your door, day and night. There are better hotels. Go to them. They might be more expensive, but I wouldn't risk it again.

280$/+tax for the room was way too expensive for the quality, location and lack of pool and luxury. I paid less for a room at a Holiday Inn during my last visit. The parking lot was small and tight to get through, lots of traffic, people were loud in the hallways all hours of the night, staff were loud in the morning and the bed was not comfortable. The blanket/sheets did not work well together. Lots of sliding. Would not go back.

I stayed here for 5 days while working in guelph, everytime i came back from work around the evening time I would see the bed made but the sheets not changed for the entire duration of my stay, there was a small stain on the sheets so I knew it hasn't been changed. i kept everything clean but this doesn't excuse these guys not changing my sheets for 5 days!

The staff at this location were extremely polite, and courteous. The only issue I had was finding a bloody tissue near the HVAC system. Other than that, this location offers a hot continental breakfast, and it’s not self serve. That being said, you’re more than welcome to a second helping. Laundry is available on site for long term guests. There are many restaurants available within walking distance.
